Description

BOSS 315 is a professional grade 100% RTV silicone, not the consumer tube from the hardware aisle. It goes on as a paste and cures into tough rubber using nothing but the moisture already in the air.

The useful part is that it does not sag. Run a bead overhead or up a vertical joint and it stays where you put it instead of sliding down while it cures. It bonds to clean metal, glass, most types of wood, ceramic, silicone resins, vulcanised silicone rubber, natural and synthetic fibre, and most painted and plastic surfaces.

In an RV that makes it the tube to reach for around a furnace flue, a water heater, appliance gaskets, ducting and sheet metal joints. It shrugs off weathering, vibration, moisture, ozone and extreme temperatures, and it carries an anti-abrasion coating. Choose clear where you do not want to see it, or black and white to match the surface. 10.1 ounce cartridge, fits any standard caulk gun.
